Bank robber includes 'Merry Christmas' on demand note


A bank robber kept in the festive spirit by including the phrase “Merry Christmas” on his demand note handed to a bank cashier, say police.
The unusually polite robbery happened in the US state of Georgia.
Gwinnett County Police Department is looking for a man who entered the BB&T bank in Buford on December 21 and handed a cashier a note requesting money. At the end of the note, he had written, “Merry Christmas”, the police confirmed in a press statement.

The suspect is described as having a beard and was wearing a blue cap, blue jeans, black hoodie and white gloves. He was aged between 35 and 45 years old with a medium build.
The festive robber got away with a small amount of cash.
